5 of 5 Generator June 23, 2021

Cheapest generator on the the internet.  Fast delivery with no sales tax.  Add a little oil and your good to go. Works perfect  even when you parallel two generators. Just right  for running everything in my travel trailer.  Thanks for the great service.

4 of 5 Good experience, but bad result May 24, 2017

I can't knock my experience with your website.  But, I ordered a cable, to connect my generators to my 50 amp twist connector.   It was not until it arrived that I realized I had ordered the 30 amp connection.  Upon reviewing my paperwork I see that you do not take back generators, parts or accessories for generators.  This information was not hidden from me, but it did not occur to me that a cable would not be returnable; perhaps if it had I would have checked more closely.  So, in the end, I give you top marks.  But, at the same time, I can't be happy that I am now the owner of a $115 loss.  To be fair, not sure what more you could have done.  Perhaps a modal dialog box pop-up on ordering that says "This is a non-returnable item, please ensure you have ordered the part you need".  It is possible you did exactly that and I just flipped right on by it.  :-(
