| Just ordered the EF1000IS generator from you on Tuesday afternoon and wanted to let you know that it came TODAY (Thursday) just before 11:30 am EST. A whole day ealier than expected. Wanted to thank-you for the timeliness as we are leaving town on Friday for the Nascar Race. This is the 2nd generator we have purchased from you and both times have been a pleasant and timely experience with reasonable prices including shipping compared to what we get at our local stores here. Dear Staff,
I received my EF3000iSEB Yamaha generator yesterday and I am very pleased with the whole experience shopping at USA Light & Electric, online order.
I would like to compliment your packing division for the excellent manner in which we received our generator. It was received without a scratch and in better shape than some store bought generators.
I would also like to compliment Yamaha for the step by step direction given in the owner's manual to prep and operate this generator. Their directions were very through and easy to follow. I like simple!
All in all, I am, so far, very pleased with this product and I am looking forward to many years of use. You can also be sure that I will be sharing this experience with my other RV friends that I meet along my travels.

| I would like to thank USA Light & Electric for the unbelievable delivery time of 24 hours on my Yamaha EF2800i Generator (California to Seattle). Also, thanks for the extra strapping on the boxes. After my local Yamaha dealer tried to guage me with a two hundred dollar over retail price tag on the EF3000iseb, I... found you guys. We had lost power (Though thankfully not our home) in the "Old" fire in San Bernardino for four days. This prompted our family to buy a small generator that would run the fridge and a few other odds and ends in the event of another power outage. Your company is excellent with a price that can't be matched and outstanding customer service. Shipping was MUCH faster then expected as well with a two day wait, partially because I was unable to confirm a date with the shipping company when they first called. The Yamaha generator is extremely well built and insulated. My Dad and I had a conversation on how quiet it ran as it warmed up for the first time, standing not two feet away from it. Thank you for the great service you provide.
If all companies were ran like yours, there would be no need for customer feedback. Excellent job.Ben B. |
