The unit is all I thought it was quiet and lightweight .
But the delivery had a glitch ,I got on the ups site to track it and was surprised  to find that it would be delivered early .I asked someone to be at my house to accept the unit.after I left for work, I checked the website and saw that the time had been changed to the following day this caused some problems and I had to get someone else to give a signature ,But you can't beat the price for shipping or the inverter!

I ordered 2 generators from this company at 1pm on Monday.  By 11am Wednesday, they were sitting in my shop.  Extremely fast service and Jillian at customer service was great!  I will be using them for any future generator purchases without hesitation!

Portable Yamaha EF2800i 2800 Watt Inverter Generat August 11, 2014
Reviewer: Roy J. from Austin, TX United States
This company delivered my Yamaha 2800i alternator/generator exactly as advertised.  Started first try, and ran my 13.5 A/C.
No shipping charges, plus oil and fuel stabilizer.
Have recommended to several fellow RV'ers.
Just remember, less money usually means less quality.  Either make do with poor workmanship and parts or wait till you can afford the best.

First before you buy a generator you should known your watt needs. and buy only enough power to run SOME of your things.
When the power grid goes down and your left with your generator, and just 1-5 gallons of gas you have on hand, the last thing you want is a big generator thats going to drink it in six hours.
Thats why I like this Yahama generator.
It will give me 11 hours of 120v electricty on just three gallons of gas.
i'm able to run both the fridg and freezer at the same time with this unit. I'll cycle them on and off at the transfer switch so I can run the boiler as well.
just don't buy more power than you need, un lees you can run them on natural gas or propane.
